emergency HELP!

So I think this is the right place to post this but idk. So long story short I accidentally did the Kylie Jenner lip challenge thing and now I have some decent bruising around my lips but my lips are fine. And I have to be seen by people in 12 hours. I started trying to comb it and put ice on it but thought I'd ask y'all for tips. I hate myself for how stupid this all is. UPDATE IN COMMENTS
