My dad is always calling me names, fat shaming me, saying my sister is so much better than me (I'm 13, she's 21) and I cry every day because even on my birthdays and everything I can't remember a day that's Gone by where it hasn't happened. Any advice?

You're beautiful and sorry to say but your dad is ignorant. Maybe write him a letter explaining how he makes you feel. Do you have another positive adult in your life ? Maybe you can talk to them and they can talk to him.  Just remember you are beautiful.

The best I can tell you is write a letter to him and put it somewhere he'll read it. Make sure to put everything in it. Maybe he'll come to you and you can talk it out. I used to do this with my parents. With a letter they can't interrupt you at all and you can get through it. Give it a try. If it gets too bad is there a counselor at school you can talk to?

God bless you beautiful, remember you aren't alone. Idk how religious you are but you have God. And prayer helps. Just know you are far worth more than what anyone says about you 💕 stay strong, I know it's hard.

This also happened to me today too and I'm also 13.  A couple months ago he called fat and Then i NATURALLY lost like five points and now He keeps calling me too skinny (I'm 5'4 and 116lbs) and that ok starving myself which I'm not. He made me bring the scale down and weigh myself INFRONT of him! He said he is going to weigh me every week, and my mom and sister who is 18 just watched and didn't say anything. Sometimes it sucks to be the youngest and ugh I hope everything that's going on with you gets resolved, i just want you to know you're not alone 🌺
