When I was at my heaviest (bmi of 33) I ovulated normally. My period was 28 days exactly. Now that I've lost weight. (30 pounds) my cycle is very irregular now. So I really have no idea?

Whatever your bmi is doesn't matter necessary. As long as your lifestyle is consistent you will ovulate regularly. That being said. Anything over 24.9BMI is overweight and anything over 28 is obese and if you're TTC you would have an easier time if you were in what is considered an "ideal BMI range" which is 18-24 BMI. Not saying larger women are bad or can't conceive. Just speaking what I know to be true. The healthier you are the easier it will be.

I'm at my highest weight ever and I stopped ovulating for 4 months. I've been living a healthier lifestyle and my periods are back to normal. It really depends person to person.
