Should I stay or go

My bf hasn't said he loves me and I'm pregnant we have been together over 6 months I think it's weird he wants to have a kid with me if he doesn't love me I asked him why he picked me and he said because he knew me so long (we have known each other 12 yrs) and he knew I would be ok having his kid and we like hanging out together I'm not sure if I should give him more time or leave
