missed period

Hey guys, was due last Monday and on Wednesday I literally wiped and had pink spotting later on that evening absolutely nothing I took a test Friday but it was negative. I went to buy one tonight after work and they had none in a bloody supermarket didn't have a test 😤 I don't get the pink spotting though and I've got no period symptoms just really odd I'm now on edge as I can't buy a test till tomorrow 😞 anyone had anything similar?
