SMEP 🤔 some advice needed!

Coming onto 6 month TTC no 2 and looking for any advice on the SMEP ? I'm on day 11 today with neg OPK test (usually get positive from day 13-16 can vary) so was wondering which days I need to BD up until positive test then afterwards? help would be appreciated 🤞🏽
