Reoccuring rash on cheeks???

So it looks a bit worse in person but I can't seem to figure out why this happens! What is it and how do I get rid of it???

It could be cradle cap on the cheeks. My son had that at 2 months. It got pretty bad so the pediatrician recommended just a small amount of cortisone. Went away in a day or two.

My son gets a rash on his cheeks when he's teething. I've found that baby Vaseline (like $1.50 at dollar general) helps quite a bit with dry skin especially on his face and head after baths. He had cradle cap almost a year ago and the Vaseline was awesome. I kinda picked at the cradle cap on his head because it drove me crazy and it came right off. I was shocked!
