What are you eating today?
Never been a big eater. Im 25 weeks pregnant now. And my OBGYN says to eat an additional 300 calories daily. Im trying to build a daily menu by the week. So I dont have to wonder what my 4th or 5th meal of the day will be. What have you eaten, eating right now, and/or planning to eat to gain the additional 300 calories daily requirement for a healthy, 2nd or 3rd trimester pregnancy?
