help ?

So I have been TTC for the past few months and the other day my mom told me I had a pregnant nose so I took a test. It was negative. Then she asked if it hurt during intercourse. Yes it almost feels like I am a vergin again. Has any one else had this happen and was pregnant? Or what was some of yalls very early signs ? I also did not ovulate this month not sure if that's a sign or not they say every women is different.
