workout routine
HELP.
I've decided to make a lifestyle change and start eating right (all the time) and working out on a regular basis.
I'm trying really hard to lose fat and gain muscle to tone up my body. Nothing extreme, I just want a nice lean and toned body.
I struggle a lot with my body image and I get depressed about it all the time. I hate the body I have and want to change it.
I just want to reach my goal and be happy.
I've been searching for a good workout routine to follow during the week to help me lose fat/weight but can't seem to find one.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
(I'm 20 years old, 5'4 and currently weigh about 137lbs)
