pelvic inflammatory disease

Yesterday I Went to the ER for having a high fever and back injury. Well at least that's what I thought. I tried explaining to doctors that fell  and my back was kill me also I was afraid I had a sinus infection in which I often get thru out the year that's why I had a high fever. However the entire time the doctor focused on my abdomen and ask and check for pain. I was given an exam and was told I had to give, blood, urine, and also an ultrasound. When shifts changed at the ER I was given a new doctor female who look over my blood work and said it's clear of everything including flu but I'm sure you have PID. I was so nervous and confused I just went to my regular doctor had test done and was told I had a yeast infection. Which was the last week of feb. after I was given a ultrasound and my urine was fine. I'm so sad because I know the risk and as a 30yr old responsibile women it just doesn't feel right. I'm still sick because they never checked my upper respiratory. I'm torn. I'm feeling the need to get a second opinion
