confused
So i have been spotting with cramps for like 2 days today is the 3rd day & its like a brown color , my breast hurt , been feeling fatigue . I took a pregnancy test & its negative . Why could i be spotting ? Plus i just had a baby 11 weeks ago & i am Ebf so i havent even gotten my period yet . Im just confused as to what this could be .
