conceiving??

Ladies I need opinions please. Having ovary problems runs in my family hard. I've had my third ovarian cyst pop on the Friday that just past and have been in horrible pain since. Going to the docs on Friday tho. I'm nervous something is going to be wrong with my ovaries and I won't be able to conceive when I'm older. I'm 19 going to be 20 this year. If you were told there was a possibility of not being able to conceive when you're older would you have a baby right now? My SO says he wants a baby too but is wanting to wait like I am but if we won't be able to conceive later on, what should I think and do? What would you do?
