Being a lesbian trying to get pregnant

I didn't know it would be this hard I have to watch what I eat what I drink what I do monitor this monitor that I just want to get pregnant for Christ sake. I mean I see women all the time that shouldn't be mothers that have 5 and 6 kids I am a good mom with one child going to collage in a few months that just want one more child can someone direct me to a faster way then this
