ttc after STI

How many women were able to conceive after having a STI , I went to the doctor to find out I had a STI and I've think I've had it for a long time due to it not having symptoms . I just took my antibiotics and I won't have my next App until 4/10. But during my exam my doctor felt my cervix and she thinks I already have PID 😞 I feel like I will never have kids because of something so reckless.
