Do men have periods?

So I'm pretty regular when it comes to my cycle and they tend to be pretty bad. Some days I can't leave the bed. Just eat and sleep all day. Well today was one of those days and my boyfriend seems to be feeling about the same as me if not worse 😂. He's complaining about his stomach hurting, not getting enough sleep and wanting to be cuddled all day.  I swear this man is moodier than me! But I'm the one wearing the tampons 🙄. So I'm asking do men have periods too?
