Today I found out that I'm pregnant

Today I found out that I'm pregnant. I'm not sure how far along I am. I have yet to tell my fiancé. His birthday is the first week of April so that is when I plan to give him the best birthday gift he could ever ask for. He recently came back home from deployment. He was deployed for 13 months. We just got our very first home. He is going to be overly excited. I'm excited we are getting ready to have our first child.
