This might sound weird, but I have bigger lips that make it super hard for me to get wet. I hate it! But if you get a little spit down there & start the deed, your body should warm up! Also, my man got a penis ring that vibrates & totally has made a difference in my wetness!

Are the guys circumcised? The glands in a man that produce lubrication are found exclusively on the foreskin so there is less lubrication if the foreskin has been removed. 
There are probably other things that can cause dryness but that is the one thing I know.
