Anyone else going healthy for your baby?
And I don't mean kind of healthy where you eat a couple more vegetables and fruits here and there and still eat whatever you want but I mean full on, lifestyle change with your food.
If you are someone that doesn't eat healthy I totally get it. I treat my body pretty much like garbage, never cared to much what I ate but now that I'm housing for a baby I feel a lot more inclined to totally change my diet and give my unborn child the best home for the next 9 months. If you are also doing this, healthy eating lifestyle change, what have you changed? I'm trying to cut out red meats for lean meats, heavy potatos and replace it with califlower , try almond milk or cashew milk, soy. Pretty much organic as possible.
