Vvvfl?

My cycles are all out of whack with having PCOS. I had what I thought was a period two weeks ago, but now I'm not sure. I've been having some cramping and nausea at night, so I took this test this morning. Picture taken within 5 minutes of taking the test. I don't know if I'm losing my mind or if there is something there. I posted the original and then one with the contrast/saturation cranked, and one with the negative effect. Thoughts?
