Almost six months old....sleep help

My fivr month old has silent reflux and cma he is on nutramigen.

He always seems ravenous..he is a big boy though at his four month appiintment he was 17lbs and 28" long. He's alot bigger now.

He has only ever slept two hours increments at night. Sometimes a bottle will help him go back to sleep. Other times like last night nothibg helped. He would wake up at two hours and it would take another hour yo get him asleep by rocking and he would curl up in a ball in my arms and go to sleep. Once I would move. With him..at this point just lay in bed with him. And he's still up every two hours. We kinda wrap him in a blanket like a swaddle but leave his arms out.

I can only count 5 times he has slept more than two hours.
