Is this implantation blood? It was very light pink yesterday and it only lasted a few seconds and now today it's brown? How much did you bleed implantation?

I have a bad habit of biting the inside of my lips whenever I get nervous. I bit too much and now I have a bump in my mouth that look sort of like a canker sore. (its not.) Idk if anyone else does this but if you do, is there anything I can do to stop?
