to those who support CIO

It's day 15 of CIO and baby sometimes still cries for about 15 mins before he falls asleep. Am I doing something wrong? Some nights he will fall asleep with one minute of crying and other nights it's almost like we are starting all over. This usually only happens during bedtime. He's 7 months old.
