Lump in stomach

I have this lump towards the upper part of my stomach towards the middle and when I run my stomach I can feel it on the inside. It's hard and sometimes when I rub it it makes it feel better and other times it gives me a pain that doesn't hurt completely and feels kind of okay if that makes sense. I have no idea what it is or why it's there. Nobody else I've shown has it and I'm becoming quite concerned. I also haven't had my period since December, I am not pregnant but I feel this could be an underlying reason.
