I want a new house.

So back in September me and my husband bought a house. We paid it off. And it's a single wide mobile home. Don't get me wrong it's pretty nice, but I'm wanting to move. And so is my husband. There's so many things wrong with our house. Like we didn't notice our sink was leaking, so we now have mold under our sink. The walls are drywall so the slightest bit or bump put a hole in the wall. The door none break, the doors break. Our toilets barley work, our shower barley works. The women we bought it from was a smoker so now nicotine in dripping from our walls (it's starting to get hot so the hotter it gets in the house the more it's noticeable). We weren't going to paint because we were hoping to move out in about 2-4 years so there was no point. The front porch is gross due to the women who we bought it from. Also we have a big ant problem. And we've tried everything to get rid of them! There must be a nest somewhere near our house. We're 5 feet from the main road, so that's also a big problem. There's just more work having to be out into the house more then anything. I know a lot of y'all are gonna say be blessed with what you have, which I am blessed. But me and my husband are ttc and this isn't the place that I want to start a family. Our family is saying just wait, and they get mad cause we tell them we're wanting a new home, but they just don't get it. I figured I'd sell this one, and go on to a new one, one that I actually like, but they make it seem like it's the end of the world if we do....what would you think?
