😱😱😱OMG!!! I Forgot about the speech!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Omg! This JUST hit me like a ton of bricks and now I'm FREAKIKG OUT!!! My husband & I are getting on a plane in TWO DAYS for my best friend's wedding in Belize. I'm the Maid of Honor, and I guess I've been so wrapped up in getting last min things ready that it completely slipped my mind that I'm supposed to give a speech at the reception!!! I need your ladies help bad!!! Anyone who has ever been Maid of Honor... What did you say in your speech? If anyone has any cute, funny or sweet ideas for something I can include in my speech it would be SO APPRECIATED, as I absolutely suck at speeches!! Thanks all!😀
