Premonition babies

So I'm currently in the midst of trying to convince a child with my partner of 3 years, We've been trying since August 2016 and I'm a psychic and have had his family who come from Serbia to do readings in regards to when I will fall pregnant and they said some time this year around this exact day.. so as of last night 2-3weeks after trying I'm extremely nauseous and have been vomiting and literally can't look at food right now. One a the best psychics of 2008 done a reading for me and told me I'd have twins (little to know twins runs well in our family) .. The grandmother who done the readings had a dream last night of 2 white babies and 2 dark babies, so my question here would be if I'm pregnant with twins or more (IF) 🤞🏼 would my morning sickness be worse like I'm experiencing at the moment. (Nauseous and vomiting)
