My baby's been panting all day?

She has a dry cough and has been panting and breathing very fast and hard all day. It doesn't seem like it's bothering her but the breathing seems weird to me. It's audibly fast and hard. We're currently out of state from her doctor. I don't know when to worry..... Update it's only when she's awake
