4 week old night sleep advise

My 4 week old son. Has not been sleeping good at night at all. During the day he does l his naps so good. I put him down awake and he will put him self to sleep. He wakes up pretty close to three hours from the beginning of his last nursing to eat again. So we start out night time at 630 ish I nurse him we read some books put on pjs swaddle him up. He sleeps till 930. Than I change him and nurse him but at this point he does not go back to sleep he is super upset unless he is nursing...we try everything to get him to sleep rock him put him in his swing. This goes on all night till about 4 when he finally sleeps some. We have tried gripe water, I am not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
