TTC, positive ovulation test

So I've taken an ovulation test yesterday and this morning both positive, me and my husband have been (dancing) since Saturday. Will my chances increase if we do it 3 days in a row or will it not help at all or should we skip today and wait tomorrow? We've been trying for two years after we lost our first, would love to hear some opinions. Thank you!
