Do you think prenatals cause nightmares?

I'm not pregnant but since I had my surgery I've been taking prenatals. Well I've not had nightmares until I started taking them. I don't know if it's my hormones from having everything put back together or if it's the vitamins. I looked it up and I've seen some people say they are having the same problem. Just curious about on here.
