Need some Advice

So I've had a poking out round perfect tummy for a few days now, it will not go down. Haven't gained any weight this pregnancy and I know it's not bloating because when I bloat I can still suck in. But with this tummy it's extremely uncomfortable to suck in. I just absolutely can't. I'm about to be 11weeks Thursday and was wondering if I can show already? Doctor said I have only 1 baby and I was pretty small before I got pregnant also. I'm a first time mom and I need some help! I don't want to feel self conscious of my bump anymore, (scared people are going to say I'm just fat)....
