mucus plug loss 31 weeks?

I know this thing can fall away almost at anytime but should I call my doctor cause pretty sure some of my plug came out. It was that snot pink slime on the tissue. Like a peachy pink. Not bright red and 2nd wipe wasn't anything note worthy. No cramps no pain baby kicking I'm going on week 32 just diagnosis with GD a week ago but numbers are good. Had some swelling last night in feet but it went away no headache.
