10dpo bleeding during sex... implantation?

I am 11dpo now, sorry if this post is tmi, yesterday my husband and I had sex and there was blood we noticed once we were done... I thought I was getting my period 4 days early, it wasn't a small amount, it was noticeable, mostly on him, like if you were on your period. We cleaned up and I put in a tampon and we went to bed. Woke up this morning changed tampon and no blood on it. Put in a new one because I'm convinced AF is coming at this point, changed it twice already today and nothing. Took a test and BFN...
I'm so confused 🤷‍♀️ 😐

My best friend had that, she has pcos so didn't know when to expect her period. Turns out her cervix was being overly sensitive because she was preggo, and maybe some implantation bleeding too, they aren't really sure lol

Were you pregnant? I’m 11dpo and I had sex and the next morning I had light bleeding that only lasted 1 wipe, I have pcos but pretty regular periods so not sure what’s going on
