have you picked a pediatrician yet? how do you go about finding one?

I live 3 hours away from family and friends so I unfortunately can't ask for recommendations from them. I would like to find one that is really supportive of breastfeeding and not eager to prescribe antibiotics over every little sniffle, how do I go about finding one? Do I call and schedule a little appointment before birth to meet pedis and see if I like them, do I wait until after birth? I definitely want one that is understanding and not quick to judge, I'm really worried about giving my daughter her vaccinations (although I will still give them) so I don't want a DR that will talk down to me for being concerned. I didn't go to medical school so I don't know what they do!
