Need advice asap

I'm paranoid .. I'm not bleeding or cramping or anything but this is my first pregnancy and I'm 15 weeks and 4 days i just wanted to know if you can miscarry without bleeding or if the baby's heartbeat can just stop ... I' Just want me baby to be ok . I want to go to a urgent care to see but I'm trying not to be paranoid
