bath time for a crawler

Ladies I need advice. LO is nine months old and she loves to crawl and every time I try to give her a bath in the tub she always tries to get on her belly and crawl and it is so stressful because it is so hard to wash her when she's constantly putting her face down in the water.  We've only tried it a couple times and every time she does that so I have been still using the infant bathtub by 4moms that I think you are only supposed to use while they are very small but it is the only way I can bathe her without her trying to go underwater. Any advice?! 🛀
