I'm just wondering how many hours of sleep do you guys get? I usually get in 5-6 hours of sleep a day. Is this affecting me from ttc?

I get 4-5 hours.... Between work, school, and being a single mommy to an awesome baby boy..... My plate is full and sleep is lacking. Lol I wouldn't say that it is directly affecting TTC... However you do want to try to be as healthy as possible. So drink lots of water, eat healthy, take a prenatal, get the necessary sleep, and don't stress. GOOD LUCK!!

Anywhere from 2hrs in 3 days to 8hrs a night. Sleep deprivation and stress can definitely negatively affect conception.

You should aim for at least 7. I started sleeping 7-8 hours a day and I've found it's significantly increased my health. Working out is a great way to help you sleep, as well as just good for you in general, obviously. I recommend it!
