Deaperate please help!

I got pulled over last night for not stopping at a stop sign well im only 15 and have my permit and I wasn't with an adult. the cop mistook my permit for a license and let me go with a ticket. idk how that happened God must have had my back. well how do i know if i have to go to court or pay the ticket? if i have to go to court im over with bc they'll find out. sorry but i just didn't know where to ask and i trust y'all and know y'all can help.
