Hydronephrosis

Has anyone else been diagnosed with Hydronephrosis? I was sent to the hospital yesterday with horrible back pain on my right side. It just got pregressively worse at the hospital to the point that I was throwing up. They were worried about preterm labor but after testings and ultrasound, they said my right kidney is retaining fluid and not draining like it should causing it to swell. Have any other momma's had this? Because it is not being caused by a stone or infection, they basically told me I have to deal with it and take some Tylenol if it becomes painful again 😩 22+6 here.
