Hi my name is Maria, I've been on this app for quite a while but just decide to join the community. My husband and I have been actively trying for 5 1/2 years after an ectopic pregnancy. Exactly 3 years later of ttc we had a miscarriage. Now 2 1/2 years later with PCOS and no success with clomid and an hsg showing a blocked tube  we went to the fertility dr. . We fortunately found out that my husband has a really high sperm count. I know IVF is probably going to be my only option but as of right now the dr put me on femara for this cycle to do the post coital test
