heart burns?!

Question

Hey so I looked up online of my sharp pains that's are happening under my left boob (happened for like maybe 3-4 minutes) and I got worried because it said it was a heart burn, I'm young (13) and I don't want this happening anything I can do so this won't happen again?

I've always had issues with heartburn, and yeah, it sucks.

My recommendation is to try taking a Prilosec or Zantac pill. Prilosec usually works better for me, and it helps alleviate my heartburn. I also take some Tums if it comes with stomach aches.

Also, take note of what you eat, and if there is anything specific that triggers heartburn. Try to limit the intake of that specific food so you don't get it as much. Acidic foods are usually the culprit. In my case it's tomatoes and coffee.
