Help me 😭

I need ideas!!! Help me get this baby out! My doctor is letting me go all the way to 40 weeks without induction which is great, if you aren't having all the issues I am! My back locks up every night to where I can't get out of bed without help. My feet are the size of grapefruits. The pollen is kicking up here in GA so I can feel myself getting sick and I don't want to deliver a baby with a head cold! I need my baby girl coming THIS WEEK! Ideas!?

Also let me add. I delivered my first son at 37 weeks exactly due to fluid leakage. He was 6 lb 8 Oz and I had to have an episiotomy to push him out. I can only imagine trying to get baby girl out at 40 weeks. My doctor estimates her birth weight at least 8 1/2 pounds 😣
