Milk supply help?

I had my son three weeks ago. He can't latch because he is lol and tongue tied we are waiting to go see the specialist. So I have been pumping and feeding. But now three weeks later I am drying up already. I pump every two hours or when ever he eats which is every 1 1/2-2 hours. Never any longer hen three hours. I was getting 2-3 oz out of each but now I'm luck to get 1 oz out of each. What can I do to help with my milk supply so I don't dry up. I don't want to formula feed.

Drink a ton of water and do a power pump a few times a day for a few days. 20 on- 10 off- 10 on -10 off- 10 on. Make sure to do it the same time each day.

Even though you are not actually feeding do a lot of
Skin to skin and nuzzle him right before pumping let him snuggle to your breast! As well as water basil oil, fenugreek, calcium / magnesium supplement! But lots of skin to skin contact! Good luck momma!

Have you tried a nipple shield? My son had a hard time latching when he was a newborn and it saved us with breastfeeding.

Lactation cookies!! They really work, I made them and woke up the next morning engorged. Brewer's yeast is kinda hard to find though so i'd recommend ordering it off Amazon to get it fast.

Try hand expressing in between pumping. You won't get much milk out of it but it stimulates your breast and will trigger them to increase your supply. You are pumping a lot so try to drink a ton of water, Gatorade etc to keep your hydration up and electrolytes up.
