Need some good questions for my next dr visit

My husband and I have been ttc for a little over 3 yrs now and i have recently switched doctors and am now seeing a reproductive specialist. On my first visit he says he thinks I may have PCOS. Since then we have been doing a ton of blood work n in 4 weeks i go to my second visit to find out results n discuss my treatment plan. I really want to be informed on my next visit and loaded with questions i feel like during my first visit i was in shock n embarrassed n didnt really know what i needed to ask... so i am just needing help getting some good questions to ask n if you have personally dealt with this any support or suggestions you have would be amazing!
