ADULTING 101: Don't kiss and tell
Real adults don't brag about their sex lives. It's just not a very mature thing to do, and you should respect your and your partner's privacy.
If it comes up, just play coy and say something vague. If you do decide to divulge, make sure that you absolutely trust that friend 100%.
It works the other way around, too. Other people's sex lives are none of your business so don't ask.
