ADULTING 101: Get over FoMO
FoMO, a.k.a. "fear of missing out," might seem like NBD, but it's making you more unhappy than you think.
The first step is realizing that social media makes it worse. Remove yourself from the constant cycle of checking Facebook, Instagram, etc. to see what others are doing.
Instead, pay attention to what's going around you and be grateful for what you have here and now. Yeah, it might sound corny as hell but it actually works. Try it and see for yourself!
