Baby is coming 🎉🎉🎉
After measuring on the 95th percentile for the last seven weeks (weighed 7lb 5oz at 36 weeks) my waters broke this afternoon and I'm contracting every 3-5 minutes. Looks like Baby will either be born tonight or tomorrow at 37weeks & 3 or 4 days. Midwife said I was 1cm dilated and 80% effaced, but sent me home to be more comfortable til the contractions feel more intense/unbearable (I live like 10mins away).
I KNEW baby would be early despite everybody telling me weight, shooting pain, pressure, loss of mucus plug etc in the last couple weeks wasn't an indicator and I would still go 40+ weeks. Trust your instincts mamas, you know your body and your baby best!
