IUD Ejected!

I got my IUD put in on February 8th! I went for my 4 week checkup on March 8th and found out it was dislodged! Coming out the cervix! I had a lot of heavy bleeding and clots so dr said maybe that's why it slipped out.. it was paraguard for 10 yrs... I need something long term so wanted to try mierna IUD? Has anyone had this?? I don't wanna waste time and money to get it again and have it come out! 😩😩😩 is mierna a good idea?? HELP!?
