trying to over come this, not sure if this is a bad thing or not

I eat healthy all of the time but, there are a few occasions where I will indulge in something that I know is bad for me. After I do this, I immediately feel guilty about it, think horribly of myself, feels like I gained 10lbs just by doing so, then I have a plan for a whole week as in how much I need to workout to work off that one bad thing.
Is this normal? How can I overcome it?
